I wrote out a thread about how it's annoying that people use the word ignorant when they really mean stupid/annoying/childish/silly/cruel/a piece of shit. It was more comedic then this but felt cringey. But I think I'm still right and so am reposting it like this. Stop using the word ignorant when you mean something else. It's okay to be ignorant. It's not okay to be the other things.
