Home Affairs found that an innocent woman was the victim of identity theft, thus making her unable to register her children as South African citizens. Chidimma was a baby at the time and was not involved and wouldn’t have known anything at the time or when she was growing up (hopefully), however she benefitted from this crime. I’m not saying that she did the crime or that she deserves the way she is being spoken to, but she benefited from her mother’s crime.

Her mom must be deported and come back with proper documentation.. And a nigerian ID for her daughter.

Nigerians have built up such a bad reputation amongst South Africans, it’s sad to see it fall on innocent people. The poor girl was crucified for being born to parents of the wrong nationality.

I honestly feel like kuningi but my thing is: where is the smoke for organs of the DHA who are complicit in such crimes? If we were geniunely mad about illegality we would also want their heads but we don't because it's easier to hide behind Chichi and her mother than hold that department (and essentialy,, our government) accountable.

I just think the Nigerian government should take back their citizens and force them to reapply for proper documents. Including every other nations illegals living here. We must then charge all home affairs officials involved in these identity fraud syndicates with treason & put them behind bars or put them all on a ship to the South pole with insufficient fuel. .

We have enough problems in SA & illegal foreigners are compounding them. SA is being taken for granted by fellow Africans, while we're trying to reverse the adverse effects of apartheid...then we must continue to welcome them??? She can then apply for permanent residency, and not citizenship. Both parents must go.
