A follower sent me this post. I wasn’t tagged or mentioned with it so I wouldn’t have known… so what would you do as a content creator if it was your picture? Just ask to now be tagged in the photo and caption? Ask that it be taken down since they didn’t get permission to use it? Report it to Instagram (although I don’t really see an option with that for this type of issue)? Send them an invoice for usage rights? The fact that they did this without even tagging me is really shady.
