Crocheter here, started learning knitting recently

I do both, but I prefer knitting cause it offers a wider range of things you can knit, particularly garment-wise.

I can do both however I am a more experienced crocheter than knitter. I don’t prefer one over the other particularly but I find knitting challenges me more. I enjoy the challenge of knitting and enjoy the speed of crochet 😊

I love both for different things. I would never knit a blanket and hate crocheting socks. Horses for courses

I like knitting more because it can create a thinner fabric I like crocheting more because it’s unique and not machine replicable

I do both. I like having the flexibility to incorporate different techniques as I need however, I generally enjoy the process of knitting more. I’m also very excited that there are more crochet designers who are getting a lot more creative and interesting in their work.

I keep trying knitting but my tension is so tight! With crochet I find it easier to keep it correct

I am originally a knitter and stopped when we moved out of state. When I picked the knitting back up I couldn’t get into it anymore! But, I have a huge stash of yarn so I learned to crochet and was hooked on it. Crocheting is quicker and fixing mistakes in crochet is easier. I hope to eventually knit AND crochet but right now it’s crochet for me

I prefer knitting for clothing items but crochet for blankets and stuffed toys
