In this day and age, it’s all about how well you can get the decision maker to like you. Everyone lies on their resumes and most struggle with EQ/people skills. If you have the credentials and can move through a room, you’re golden!

My bachelors in communications got me my dream journalism career for 13 yrs and then my bachelors in English got me my current career in education where I taught for 5 yrs before going into curriculum writing and coaching. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I don’t know about that… I’ll get my masters when I need it to get another career or position I want.

It literally does, though. We won’t hire anyone into any leadership position without a bachelors. Most government agencies and organizations are the same.
