Hey designers, what are some of the secrets or unwritten rules in the design world that we don’t talk about enough? For example, I’ve noticed that when presenting design concepts to a client, it’s common practice to create one strong, standout option and a couple of less polished alternatives. 9 小時內	أ سيدنا حبيبنا sayyyyid_	I guess it's not a strategy, but more like a realization that when we design for a client, we actually design for both the client & their customers/audience. Our "visible" work is to make sure our client is satisfied, but at the same time, we also do the "invisible" work to make sure the vision/direction does not harm/interrupt their customers' experience. Otherwise our client's business might go sour 😅

In some ways, this was a mistake since it prompted stakeholders to question whether they liked it or not. Of course they would tell me if they liked it, but my question might trigger doubtful feelings even if they initially liked the presentation.
