There is no right way to DJ. It’s so easy to get caught up cause there is so much DJ content out there from so many Djs letting us know what is the “right” way to mix, the “right” kind of songs at what time, the “right” amount of time to play a song for, and so on… it’s good to take tips from Djs but remember you aren’t playing for other DJs. What’s “right”, is what feels good to YOU in that moment. Once I realized this is when I started being able to get in flow, create my style, and stand out
