The Gift from God is in the fact that it was supposed to be love based. Unfortunately history has NOT allowed this to happen as parents were arranging marriages based upon caste, finances, or any other reasons that they used to justify forced marriages. This is how we have come to this. People insisting that they need to be married to be loved, so they get married and hope for love. Or they marry for only security. Or to gain the respect/value from others. It was all strategic. It was “norm” ⬇️
