Mohammad Abu Al-Qumsan, a Palestinian displaced from northern Gaza to Deir al-Balah, went to obtain birth certificates for his newborn twins, Aser and Aysel, who were born just four days before. Before he could get back to his family, an airstrike by the Israeli occupation forces targeted their residence, killing both infants, their mother, and their grandmother.
