Stalin demands of him, “Why have you summoned me?” Putin replies, “The Nazis are at Kursk! My Army is retreating! What shall I do?” Stalin says to him, “Just do what I did in 1943. Send your best Ukrainian troops to the front, and ask the American for arms.”
