Couldn't it be a defamation one or similar? I feel like "cyberbulling", as harsh as cyberbulling can be (talking from experience back in my teens), undermines the serverity of what took place. Categorical claims against the personhood of an individual were made; claims that could put her life in risk both in non-Muslim countries which are embracing anti-trans violence (despite her not being trans) and Muslim countries having very hardcore conservatism. It was way more than "making her feel bad".
