It’s a really effective tool for some. For many anxiety sufferers it’s part of a whole individualized toolbox you need to build for yourself. Eating right, exercising, breathwork, mindfulness and CBT are all part of that tool box. I give a lot of free things away in my insta if you’d like to follow. Sending hugs! Anxiety can be full on!
