While I have your attention, I have been trying to get the attention of a US TM attorney to look into “Fox News” trademark registrations in the USA. According to the law a trademark cannot be registered if it is “merely descriptive” or “deceptively misdescriptive”. For example, “Yummy Cookies” would be rejected. Whereas, “Fox News” is descriptively misdescription given their massive settlement for lying about Dominion and their admissions.
