Conversational pace,/zone 2 running yes. It melts the fat. High effort running, no. Too catabolic. Body uses glucose for high effort activities. Body uses fat for low effort activities.

Jump rope, HIIT exercises & diet. Mainly diet. Cease mass consumption of wheat, dairy & processed sugar. You should be eating ONLY whole foods and drinking tons of spring/mineral water.
