I hate sitting in a meeting that adds zero value! Everyone’s time is valuable let’s not waste it. I get solicited 10x a day by vendors to sell me something better than I have or sell me a new process that’s going to change the game for me. I take some of the meetings and it’s rare someone shows up and delivers. They do not do any prior research to who we are and how we operate. They assume they can help. Always be prepared or live with rejection!
