I cannot emphasize enough what a detrimental impact Canada's legislation (bill c-18) has had. The decision to charge major digital platforms (like Meta/Google) for merely posting links to news stories make it now impossible to share any news links in Canada as they are blocked, severely limiting the exchange of information. This cannot continue.
