I’ve had this sticker of a favorite Alice Neel painting on my phone for a couple years and it was slowly becoming unstuck for a while now. It finally came off today. Saw a great show of hers some years ago - this one, “Jackie Curtis and Ritta Redd”, really struck me. But she did so much amazing work. And unapologetic communist! Love her.
