In the past few weeks of traveling on the road between California and Washington, I have not seen any pristine windshield stations; not even in Central California and Southern Oregon, which have frequently voted red in recent years and usually have bright blue fluid resevoirs and well-kept squeegees/wipes at service stations. I'm curious whether my theory is currently holding up right now compared to historic outcomes in Arizona and Utah.
