In the last 3 days I have 1) smacked my forehead on the bedside table while turning over in bed - lump on my forehead 2) lost my balance in the sitting room and sat down hard on the arm of the sofa - big painful bruise on my leg/thigh 3) gone to take stuff out the bottom of the laundry basket. The lid has fallen down as my head has gone in, causing me to headbut it with the bridge of my nose, large bruise and swelling. Possibly black eyes coming up. Today I am staying in bed lol
