I think she’s had her suspicions since at least the end of season 1… but as the Queen noticed LW dropping her guard and LD knowing all that was changing for Pen I think it went from suspicions to more likely to definite especially with the post Cressida LW issue and the Queen’s interuption at the Wedding breakfast… it’s written all over her face & Colin’s… plus them running out right away!
