My template for the last few years that has allowed me to lose fat on demand, every single time I wanted to: 4-5 1 hr weight training sessions 10-12k steps per day Sunlight in AM and no screens before bed 8 hrs of sleep Lots of ground beef, turkey, salmon Big fruit smoothie in the morning Big bowl of Greek yogurt before bed
