On that note of “other names associated with the person” on records, I should mention that the breach has the potential to cause harm to transgender people (including those who are stealth), as well as people who have changed their names to escape abuse. Trans people should be aware of the possibility that their “deadname” might be public now, even if they have a sealed name change record. 2/2
