If you ever feel down today, just try to write down what you've achieved for the day. Even the small one. • Waking up ✓ • Had a simple breakfast ✓ • Manage to help a colleague to settle his/her task ✓ • Manage to reply all texts and emails in regards to work ✓ • Manage to get trough the day ✓ Don't ever feel like you're not "moving". You did. You're feeling like that is because you only focus on the bigger picture while forgeting about the small details. Don't be too hard on yourself. 🫡🫡🫡
