I am a post menopausal Nana. I do sit with my granddaughters during the day or whenever I’m needed. I retired the earliest I could to help my children. Childcare is damn expensive. Do I feel obligated? Not at all. I do it out of love for my family. BTW GOP, don’t insult or piss off women. Especially us older women.
