19 - The Light Fantastic (C, 1996) - Incredible the leaps this book takes toward the more recognizable Discworld. The parody is still strong but it makes its own story. A lot of groundwork here for later books.

幾秒內	Matthew Abel matthewabel	18 - Equal Rites (C, 1987) - An interesting time capsule of a man trying to crack girl power. I don't know I'd do much better. The story is thin and would be repeated (unique magical youth threatens the whole disc). The idea of a young witch would be better done with Tiffany Aching. There is a LOT of world-building in this book. Granny Weatherwax isn't quite herself, but her first appearance!
