Subliminal message or Freudian slip? The first letter of each word spell “RECOW” which I think means we need more green spaces in Manhattan. Before everything was built up there were pastures on Manhattan. I am not complaining about progress, but I agree with what architects and City Planners are trying to do - if you look at new buildings and planned building there is more consideration given to incorporating open spaces for plazas and some greenery in the building footprint.
