Ive been working with a US company close to 5 years (2 years WFO and 3 years WFH because office shut down due to covid) yes, it saves me alot of money and time BUT it is not as glorious as everyone thinks it is. 1. pay rate they offer is lower than their local agents but we are doing the same task as them 2.
