Recently I got a hair cut and my stylist mentioned she may raise her rates but not take tips. She felt many people don't know how much to tip or would prefer to know the exact amount of service before going in. I told her I love the idea. She can get paid what she wants and not worry if someone doesn't tip enough. What are your thoughts about service providers raising rates and not taking tips?
