Honestly Pete, I’m not sure we fully understand yet what they’ve been through in their formative years. It’s been hard enough for us, and what with the fees, economy, job market, housing, AI, I think they are just ‘can we do our growing up now with casual jobs and travel, and work the long-term stuff out in a bit?’ Their whole notion of a ‘career’, let alone a career ladder, is radically different.
