The best way to shift back to the practice is to find an asana and hold it for a longer period of time.
We always rush, looking for something, chasing for the future or escaping from the past.
When the breath becomes still in the asana, a new dimension appears: stillness and peace.
The veils of the mind are unfolded.
Like a gentle touch a sparkle appears in the deeper layers of ourselves.
