Okay, I burned through some shorter fiction to get caught up on my goal, but after listening to Fight Club, I now realize that this is one of the comps for my own novel. Strange to think a story about magicians could be closer to Fight Club than to Harry Potter, but here we are! 🤣 Also, The Borrowed Life of Frederick Fife by @annajohnstonauthor was a wonderful story with a rollercoaster of emotions right up until the end! Someone needs to make it into a movie! 🤞🤞
