My life revolves around my tradition. I am 10 toes down. I give thanks to my Egun, Orisa, my Elders and Olodumare for everything I have, everything I am able to do, and everything I am a part of b/c I understand I am nothing w/out them. So, when someone says, “Oh, you’re doing this or wearing that to be ‘aesthetically pleasing,’” it’s a BIG NO. You’re just an opp, a hater, an enemy, b/c I am literally just being me. This is me. This is my path. Your belief in or approval of that is irrelevant.
