Method:
Preheat oven to 375°F
Cut the garlic head 1/3rd of the way down from the top. You want to expose all of the cloves. Put the cloves in an oven safe dish that's not too big. A large ramekin works well.
Pour the olive oil over the garlic, and season with salt and pepper
Roast the garlic for 40 minutes. Prepare for the best smell in the world.
Remove at the end of time, and let it cool enough to handle it. Smoosh all the garlic cloves out of each head and save them.
