My 2 week old has horrific colic and silent reflux. She barely sleeps at night and if she does.. it’s on me. Basically, please send help and advice 😅 It’s absolutely heartbreaking seeing her in so much discomfort.

Try an elimination diet to see if they have a sensitivity to something. My first was super colicky, turns out he had a dairy allergy

I am so sorry. My daughter was a reflux baby, and our first pediatrician wouldn’t listen, so I found another one and got some medicine for her.

Try infant chiropractic and you can also try gripe water or get a prescription for reflux meds from her pediatrician. Hopefully it passes quickly ❤️

My baby was the same which made me cried every night. So I gave her infacol and it worked. I did that before every feed. By the time ur baby gets a bit older ( 2 months) the colic will get so much better.

My son (3 months) was the same way. It gets better I promise! For us it was any strong gas relief medicine, finding out the cause of the reflux (also turned out he lacks proteins that break down lactose and soy; so check for that too!), feeding him while he’s in a sitting-type position between my legs and keeping him there for 20min after he’s finished (at night only but that’s when it’s the worst), and burping him every 5 minutes during feeds. It’s a lot but it worked so well! Good luck mama! ❤️

If it makes you feel better, at this age my baby still only slept on us too and didn't have colic. Sleep in shifts with your partner if you can so you both get at least one 3-4 hour stretch of sleep. You will sleep again!!

I’m asian, I dont know if this helps but we use acete de manzanilla, u can buy it on amazon, apply a small amount on the baby’s belly, helps with the colic, makes my baby fart a lot and helps her poop. Wash ur hands well after cause it’s gonna be oily and sticky. Control your feeding pace esp with bottles, burp the baby after feed, keep ur little one upright for 30mins, be patient mama, it will be hard for the first few weeks for colicky babies but everything will be okay soon, you got this!

Cranial osteothapy (not sure that’s spelt right) but it helped my baby 18 yrs ago. Also did the lying across arm burp method x

Infacol was a total game changer for us. Also I’ve heard baby massage is good for colicy babies x
