𝔹𝕝𝕒𝕔𝕜 𝕊𝕖𝕤𝕒𝕞𝕖 𝕊𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕕𝕠𝕦𝕘𝕙 - toasting the seeds before adding them to the dough on first mix adds such a beautiful nutty flavour to this loaf. Toast raw seeds in a dry pan, stirring constantly. They will start to pop in the pan when they’re toasting. Be careful not to let them burn… impossible to tell as they’re so opaquely black. A toasted flavour is one thing, but they become bitter if burnt.
