Bit of a golf related thread. My index has just changed to 10.3. If it falls below 10 can I call myself a single figure golfer? My course handicap would be 10 if my index is 9.9 so do I need to be an index that produces a course handicap below 10? Given that course handicaps change depending on the slope rating it makes sense to make this call based on the index? Just so close to my target of getting to single figures wanting to define exactly what that is? Please help
