Behold the Fold 👀 This aptly named viennoiserie at French bakery maison_clement_cambridge is folded over custard and dark chocolate… c’est si bon! Other flaky pastries enjoyed at their Hills Road shop on a Sunday morning: pain au chocolat and croissant. These are the real deal… the French are not afraid of butter! Perfect with a cappuccino and earl grey tea (both served in a glass). There’s a small table for eating in, with a view of the freshly baked loaves. Friendly, helpful service too.
