Just saw this stat shared by @melissaperri on LinkedIn. Senior product managers are the number one job people are likely to quit in the next 6 months. Not surprising. Senior PM is where the reality of the job finally catches up w/expectations. They’re stuck in the middle, still doing the daily grunt work, but also dealing with demands from leadership, stakeholders, endless meetings, politics, etc. Still, can’t imagine it’s worse than what an emergency room RN deals (#5 on the list) with tho.
