Being emotionally abused as a child and told I was too much anytime I needed or asked for anything really do be manifesting in my life today bc anytime I ask someone for a favor or to do anything for me I say “no worries if not” but what I really mean is that if this would make you upset with me in any way I would rather you not did anything for me bc I don’t want you to revoke your love from me
