Surreal experience ripping around the mountains with my buddy Aaron in his 4L RS. Both of these cars were extensively modified by GMG with the “World Challenge” package early in their lives. This is way less extreme than it seems being that it’s simply headers, exhaust, brakes, dampers and kinematics but the wild part is my car is #19 and his car is #20. They were in the shop at the same time being modded and now a decade later they’re ripping up SoCal mountain roads together on a weekly basis.
