Been interesting watching sessions from the @chadd_help4adhd online conference since being diagnosed with Autism earlier this year. I’m very much enjoying the content and am learning a lot. But I was surprised to notice how seemingly far behind the adhd community is in comparison to the autism community when it comes to some of the language used… I wish I could remember the specifics of what prompted this thought today. But that’s the fun thing about my adhd & working memory… 🤷🏻‍♀️ #audhd
