Supported Bridge pose is perfect if you have a tight lower back or sit for long periods of time:
1)opens the chest
2)stretches & elongates the spine
3)releases tension in the muscles of the lower back, hips and the piriformis (a muscle that originates in the lower back, wraps around the inside of the pelvis and anchors into the neck of the femur bone.)
Stay in the pose for as long as it feels good.
