🙏🏻😭 This morning the new landlord said he forgot to do my reference check & to give him until end of day to send the lease😩 So he does that & then we see the first AND deposit are due today. My fiancé rushes off to the bank after getting ready for work, gets the money into the account and goes straight to work. We're lucky we had 2X saved because they said it would be 1k to hold it until 5th 😩😭 The house is now secured & we have 14 dollars until next week aka gas 🫣🤣
