I had a patient who was bleeding through his penis every month for a week. He kept being treated for a UTI but turns out he had a secret uterus. He also only had one "testicle" but turns out it was an ovary and his other ovary was inside. Guess what his chromosomes were? I don't know cuz the lab work came back on my off day but I'm pretty sure it wasn't the standard XY for a male.
