As a quasi-pescatarian, I appreciate the practical advice in this article / study: all wild or farmed salmon is similarly very nutritious but wild sockeye & chinook are the most; don't worry about contaminants like mercury even if you eat it daily; choose BAP or MSC labels sustainably sourced salmon.
