It’s normal and healthy to have a wide range of emotions. Some come and you allow them to show up, then you let them go. Some you want to nurture so they grow. You don’t always get advanced notice of which ones will show up in the moment. And none of them make you bad. What you resist will persist, and where your focus goes is where energy will flow. Consciously choose which ones then get invited to leave or take a back seat. And which ones are invited to come and are nurtured. 💕
