Happy Winter's Solstice! (冬至快乐!) This is the day when the night is the longest, before the turn of the tides. Chinese traditions says that we turn a year older after eating some yummy glutinous rice balls made with sweetened ginger soup. This is a mark of grace and blessings for having made it through this year, after a whole year of ups and down. Everyone's certainly been through alot hey. Have you guys tried glutinous rice balls?
