this year taught me to love people from a distance. no matter how much history, how many memories, how deep of an attachment, what plans y'all had for the future, how much you love them, and how close you think y'all are. If people don’t align with your future, if they hinder your growth, or is reluctant to change bad habits, respectfully leave them where they are and move with grace.
