Organizing things i should look after for my health in 2024:
1st, go to bed before 12am.
2nd, drink enough water as much as 2L.
3rd, make the sleep routine a habit - 30 min of read & 10 min of stretching.
4th, workout/gym 5/7 days a week.
6th, eat consciously but happily.
7th, ADDING PILATES AS A NEW ROUTINE! ✨
