I take off through the backyard and hit the alley. I get maybe a block and a half before I see headlights turning up the alley; of course it's a squad car. A female officer rolls down her window with a knowing smirk on her face, and asks me what I'm up to. I turn away, make my eyes tear up, and then turn back to her and sputter out, "My girlfriend just kicked me out of her car and I've been walking around trying to figure out what to do!"
